PDF Instruction


Using Acrobat (PDF) Files 

To view the Portable Document Files (PDF's) on this site you must have the free Adobe Acrobat® Reader® 6.0 or higher.

To view:

  • You will need Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® 6.0 or higher

  • Click on the link

  • The Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® will launch inside the browser*

  • The PDF file will be viewable as would a standard web page

To print:

  • Select the print icon on the Adobe® Acrobat® tool bar

  • Click OK

To save:

  • To save the entire PDF file, select file -> SAVE AS the same as a Web page or MS Word document

  • Select a local directory on your computer

  • Click the SAVE button

*NOTE: Netscape Navigator versions earlier that 4.05 will launch the Acrobat® Reader® outside of the browser.
